  • Domaine Eric Bordelet

    Former sommelier Eric Bordelet took over the family business in 1992 after a long career in the restaurant and wine world.
    The Domaine Eric Bordelet is located in southern Normandy on the border of Mayenne and Orne. It covers 23 hectares of orchards for thirty different types of apples, twenty different types of pears and tubers. The cultivation has been certified organic since 1996. The harvest is done by hand, in baskets placed in paloxs. Due to the large variety of varieties and the ripeness of the fruit, the harvest takes place from September to December.
