This distiller has matured as a first special Grappe in wooden barrels. The Grappe are soft, aromatic and typical of the variety, which varieties of Piedmont are carefully selected and burned their pomace either varietal or blend. This long-ripened Grappe Riserva from different barrels all have a noble wooden box.
