  • Local olive specialties

    Olio Roi, Liguria.

Taggiasca, the mild, nutty Olive Liguria, not only tastes as olive oil. Also for culinary purposes and for the kitchen it is particularly suitable. In Olio Roi they are harvested by hand and then stored for six months in old Barolo barrels to deprive them of the bitter substances. Thereby they also develop an additional sweetness. For us the best olive in the world.
