    Fruit juice with tradition

    The processing of fruit has a long tradition in our family. Founded in 1917 as a Rhenish Apple Kraut factory, we started in 1930 with the production of fruit juices, first as wage cider.     And this effort pays off: our juices from the German Agricultural Society (DLG) awarded annually. On the ANUGA of Bundesehrenpreis the Ministry of Agriculture was awarded to us.

    Especially we were pleased that in July 2010 the magazine ÖKO TEST in a test with more than 20 naturally cloudy apple juice has rated our apple orchards of VERY GOOD.

    The van Nahmen GOURMET fruit juice series was created to preserve the typicality of old, traditional types of fruit. van Nahmen GOURMET juices are sorted. Only fruits of a certain type of fruit are used for their production. The first juice we made in the GOURMET fruit juice range was the Red Star Reinette, also known as the traditional red Christmas apple. The special taste of this apple, which differs significantly from varieties such as Schöner von Boskoop or Topaz, was fully retained in the GOURMET juice. Each apple has its own flavor that we want to preserve. van Nahmen GOURMET juices are 100% direct juices. They are obtained directly from the fruit, without the use of flavor concentrates and without the addition of sugar or other ingredients in order to preserve the unadulterated natural taste. Our GOURMET concept quickly won over chefs from sophisticated restaurants, owners of delicatessens and sommeliers. The juices are considered an insider tip on the gourmet scene. Numerous star restaurateurs serve our GOURMET fruit juices in exclusive restaurants such as the Vendome in Bergisch-Gladbach, the Residence in Essen-Kettwig, the AQUA in Wolfsburg or the Hotel LOUIS C. JACOB in Hamburg. In doing so, they have met the increased desire of their guests for upscale, non-alcoholic drinks. van Nahmen GOURMET juices are served to the invited guests at the Federal President`s summer party in Berlin`s Bellevue Palace.
