Our craft

Our Pottkorn team consists of a few creative minds with really good ideas. Under the influence of the latest trends and with our experience in star gastronomy and international event catering, we produce the probably best popcorn in the pot. If not the best popcorn in the world.

Grown up in the pot, somewhere between the flickering box and the bumper car, the sweet craving for popcorn is part of our DNA. When in 2016 a customer came to us to develop a special popcorn for his company presentation, our ingenuity was aroused. Of course, we did not wait long and created the most crunchy and delicious popcorn imaginable. Pottkorn was born!

For our crispy pork grain, we use only the best ingredients without additives and only French corn, which is guaranteed to be free of genetic engineering. The special feature of our pots corn: it puffs very voluminous and thus offers the perfect surface for the delicious caramelization. In an elaborate process, all types of potty grains are refined by hand with the finest Belgian chocolate, with freshly roasted coffee from the Mahlfest production, with delicious forest fruits or with a secret, smoky BBQ mixture.

Every potting grain is handmade in the pot.

As a keen caterer, we refined our specimen in the gourmet kitchen. The pot was provided with caramel mass and more popcorn was created. Enthusiastic about the taste, we researched which types of corn, how to use it and ordered our French GM-free mushroom corn. The entire team was enthusiastic about the new creation and together, flavors and names were chosen. The product and packaging should be young, cheeky and provocative, that`s how the Pottkorn came about, stirred in the pot and created in the (Ruhr) pot. Encouraged by our customers, we have already developed a variety of great pot grain varieties, which are seasonally supplemented by limited editions.
