The biozoon GmbH was founded in 2001 by scientists and engineers and initially had its headquarters at Fischkai 23 in the fishing port of Bremerhaven. In 2003, biozoon GmbH then moved to the newly founded biotechnology center BioNord.
In 2006, we launched our first own products under the brand name texturePro © - with resounding success. This enabled further growth, so that a new move was imminent. This took place in April 2009 in the extension BioNord II at Nansenstraße 8.
Due to continuous growth, higher demands were placed on the premises, which were not feasible at this location. The construction of an own permanent establishment in Nansenstraße 8 in the fishing port was realized in 2016. The project was funded by the BIS Bremerhaven Investment Promotion and Urban Development Ltd. from funds of the state of Bremen and the Bremer Aufbau-Bank GmbH. We attach great importance to a consistently high product quality and safety. Using the best ingredients, we develop high quality and innovative products of the highest quality, which enable our customers to venture into a new dimension of cooking. We invite you to get to know us better. With the necessary market and technology expertise, we develop, produce and market high-quality products for both private and commercial customers, in particular for interested home cooks, the catering trade, athletes, but also senior citizens` institutions and hospitals. Already in the selection of raw materials, we rely on the highest quality to produce products that meet the requirements and needs of our customers.
