    It all started in Belgium in 1989 with the founding of Dolfin by brothers Michael and Jean-Francois Poncelet. From her father both have inherited the passion for excellent chocolate. The flavoring of the Belgian Schokoladenrohmasse pure cocoa butter with only natural ingredients is also today the leitmotif of this small Belgian chocolate factory.

    The great success of Dolfin products in recent years, based on a very simple recipe: The best ingredients, craftsmanship and secure sense of exciting and harmonious flavor combinations that will challenge and delight the palate of the connoisseur.
