The CLUIZEL manufactory admits only one truth: that of taste. The CLUIZEL manufacture is an example of French intimacy. She is the child of a sweet crush: that of Marc Cluizel, son of an apprentice baker in chocolate, and his future wife Marcelle, pastry chef.
They cook together in their little house in Damville, Normandy, young, in love and full of ideas. We are in 1947 and the CLUIZEL manufacture was born.
70 years later, the Cluizel manufactory is being run by the fourth generation.
Transmission is a fundamental value of the CLUIZEL Manufacture. First, it`s an unshakable family heritage, with chocolatiers, pastry chefs and members of the Cluizel family working hand in hand. The CLUIZEL Manufacture is a chocolate creator: closely linked to its exclusive planters, it controls all the phases that underline the slow production of chocolate, from the selection of the cocoa beans to the sharing of their creations. While remaining attached to its family roots and these traditions, the Manufacture is also constantly innovating: it seeks to sublimate with ever more precision and respect the exceptional raw material supplied to it by its partner growers.
