78% Arabica, 22% Robusta from India and Brazil. The flavor, which one of an espresso expect: intense and vigorous with predominantly warm notes of earth, wood, spices and cocoa. Much Crema and very low acidity. Our recommendation for an espresso in the morning or after dinner.

Strong aroma, mild and delicate flavor, after chocolate and balanced acidity. Soft but full body. Ideal for preparation in the French press. 100% Arabica.

  • Giuliano Caffe

In 1950 Michele Giuliano Albo was fascinated by the concept of coffee as a fruit and began to study it. He wanted to understand the origins and characteristics of each species. He traveled to Brazil and Kenya and made contact with the then Italian coffee experts. After his travels, he founded his first roasting laboratory and created his first mixes: Bollo Oro and Bollo Argento. It was an exciting and frenetic time: During the evening and the night Michele worked on his coffee, during the day he drove through the Aosta Valley and the Canavese area to offer his products cafes and restaurants. Since the early 1980s, Micheles daughter Maria Teresa and her husband, Federico Minelli, have continued their fathers passion. They developed Gran Miscela and Gran Aroma, two blends that conquered the Baristas of Turin. Since the 1990s, Federico has been working day and night in his lab to mix and balance single origin coffees from around the world to create the perfect blend: aromatic, round and delicate. This elegant new blend is decidedly Italian, but also popular with international palates. The mixture Espresso Italiano is born. Alessandro and Marcella, Maria Teresa and Federicos children continue the family tradition. The goal of their passion remains the same: the search for unique flavors, the creation of new, refined mixtures and the careful search for the perfect balance between coffees of different origins. Coffee is an old product, but the Giuliano family continues to play with their endless possibilities.
