2022 Cabernet Syrah, dry, 13.5% vol., Anciens Temps

The Anciens Temps line is the flagship of the Reunis de Cebazan cooperative - it offers great quality at a fair price. A typical southern French cuvee was created from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, which stands out for its captivating dark berry fruit notes. The strong Syrah grape gives this wine its power, which is complemented by the typical blackcurrant notes and the distinctive tannin structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon - to finish it off, there are a few vanilla nuances from the barrel aging and this powerful, delicious cuvee is ready, which goes excellently with autumn dishes, as well as poultry such as duck or goose.
