Made from Scheurebe and Riesling. Fragrant bouquet. Light yet powerful on the palate. Clear fruit with hints of ripe summer fruit and a touch of exoticism. Subtle aromas. Perfect acidity. Good length. Christian Stahl took over his parents` farm in Auernhofen near Rothenburg od Tauber over ten years ago. At that time, 1.5 hectares were planted with vines. Today, the winery cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards with soils of shell limestone and clay marl on the slopes of the Tauber, the Main and the Steigerwald.
