A traditional Korean dish `Galbi`, based on marinated pork rib. The finished marinade consists of soy sauce, garlic, sugar and a few other ingredients and is ready to use. This marinade can be applied directly to the pork ribs and then grilled. Traditionally, preparation takes place on a grill over glowing hot coals. At home you can prepare this dish on the grill or in the pan. This marinade is ideal for pork, but can also be used for other meat. Galbi is often eaten with rice.
