This youthful and uncomplicated Sauvignon blanc smells of passion fruit and papaya. Crisp and fruity, a Sauvignon blanc that we think it should be. A third of the wine is matured in large wooden barrels, giving it the strength and body it needs. Aromas of grapefruit, elderberry and gooseberry seduce the palate. It goes excellently with seafood such as scallops, Asian cuisine or pasta with creamy sauces.
