IT-BIO-007 The original Curtice Brothers Company was founded in 1868 by Edgar and Simeon Curtice in Rochester, NYC. The two brothers started producing their own ketchup from their small vegetable business and successfully expanded in the USA. Unfortunately the company went out of business in the 1940s. While traveling, a group of friends noticed a lack of an alternative to bland, industrially produced ketchup. So in early 2014 they decided to revive the historic Curtice Brothers brand and raise the bar for ketchup through careful selection and preparation of fresh ingredients. But if you need ketchup, you also need the best mayonnaise, made from selected and delicious ingredients.
