The Haus Klosterberg Riesling brings a subtle and delicately fruity scent of pink grapefruit, fresh peach and apricot to the glass. The delicately bitter QbA wine delights the palate with a play between fine fruity sweetness and crisp acidity. It is juicy, stimulating and refreshing. The finish has minerality. With a drinking temperature of 10-12°C, a special recommendation for: Grilled lamb fillet with thyme baked potatoes with summer salad, crispy fried brook trout with horseradish mashed potatoes and wild asparagus.
