This wine was only aged in steel tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness. Juicy, mineral, subtle notes of lime blossom and gooseberries, light herbal components. The Chateau de Cerons covers around 26 hectares of vineyards in the Bordeaux appellations Graves for dry wines and Cerons, which borders Sauternes. The wines grow on mixed gravel soil with sand and small stones based on marine limestone subsoil. The main grape varieties in white Graves are Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. We recommend this white wine with fish and seafood, give it a try.
