2010 Cerons, sweet, 13.5% vol., Chateau de Cerons

Very complex with great finesse and a present acidity that provides freshness and elegance. On the palate you have exotic fruits, honey and spices. Despite its age, the wine still appears quite youthful and has a long shelf life. The main grape variety is Semillon with 80%, supplemented by smaller proportions of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The harvest was done by hand and the grapes were strictly selected. The aging took place in barriques for 18 months. The Chateu de Cerons is considered number one in Cerons.
