Fine cherry fruit, aromas of dark chocolate, blackberries and a little mocha. Cool and spicy style, fine texture and elegant style. The Chateau de Cerons covers around 26 hectares of vineyards in the Bordeaux appellations Graves for wines and Cerons, which borders Sauternes. The wines grow on mixed gravel soil with sand and small stones based on marine limestone subsoil. The red Cerons consists of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot.
