2021 Pinot Gris, dry, 13% vol., Johner

The Pinot Gris grapes come from various vineyards with loess and volcanic weathering rock, which are responsible for the enormous minerality of the wine. Very nice, clear scent of ripe pears, melons and a hint of citrus. In addition, a fine seasoning thanks to the subtle use of used barrique barrels. The wine is very full-bodied, with power and a lot of melting thanks to the yeast. The well-balanced acidity provides an interesting interplay with a mineral tension. The winery cultivates its vineyards according to its motto: Quality is created in the vineyard.
