This Chardonnay is aged for 8 months in new French barrique barrels before being bottled. The fruit always remains in the foreground and is wonderfully surrounded by vanilla, caramel and almond notes. It is wonderfully full and very long. The Chardonnay vines come from the St. Martiner Burgweg location, which is characterized by limestone and clay marl soils.
