The Brut Late Release Vintage `La Montagne` 1995 by Louis Roederer is made exclusively from grapes from the `La Montagne` vineyard and exudes the identity and nuances of two emblematic terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, namely Verzy and Chouilly. Winemaking in wood (7%). Malolactic fermentation (22%). The dosage of this brut champagne is 9g/liter. On the verge of maturity, still fresh, these champagnes with an original disgorgement date illustrate the aging potential of champagne wines and their impressive gastronomic dimension. - Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon. Long live Champagne! The bouquet, with its aromas of forest floor, chalk and smoke, is immediately a wonderful reflection of its terroir.
