Two extremely different locations guarantee elegance and power of what is perhaps the most difficult grape variety in the world. One vineyard is located on a limestone plateau, the vines are exposed to the elements from all sides and the vegetation phase is delayed accordingly. The other is enormously influenced by its hot location, where sand, gravel and terrace gravel form the basis.
