Shrimp are usually known to be blue to gray in water, but the red king prawns, as their name suggests, are even red before they are cooked. They are caught in cold water at a depth of 400-800m. The carabinieros convince with their own taste and don`t need a rival like garlic (a little is ok), but rather aromatic friends like vanilla. With butter in a pan or briefly grilled, always with the shell on, the shrimp feels best. These carabinieros weigh around 50-100g each.
