This pasta, the Morelli company, owes its name to its beautiful, refreshing variety of colours. Due to the intense colors, the pasta is particularly suitable for a colorful spring dish with seasonal vegetables. All Morelli pasta products are unique. The peculiarity lies in the ingredient that distinguishes Morelli pasta from `conventional` pasta, namely the addition of fresh wheat germ to the bran. The wheat germ, the heart of the grain, is very rich in vitamins E and D and many vegetable proteins. In the `usual` manufacturing process, when the grain is milled, the wheat germ is separated from the bran in order to achieve the longest possible shelf life of the pasta. The manual processing of the pasta factory `Morelli` makes it possible, compared to industrial production, to feed the fresh wheat germ back into the bran. The result is a wide variety of pasta types, which are rich in taste and have a firm consistency. Simply extraordinary and delicious!
