2021 Kallstadter Sauvignon Blanc, dry, 12% vol., winery on the Nile

The Sauvignon Blanc, matured in a 500l oak barrel, presents itself with a light lemon yellow colour. The style of aging is reflected in the scent of elderflower and ripe fruit such as apple and yellow stone fruit. On the palate it captivates with aromas of peach and passion fruit and light wood notes. The taste impresses with the pairing of soft, mature notes and a harmonious acidity.
