A high-quality Japanese Yakiniku sauce made from excellent basic ingredients. The fine and deep sweetness comes from the excellent Mirin that is used here. Of course, garlic and sesame should not be missing either, and the basis is a traditionally brewed shoyu. Goes well not only with meat, but also with fried noodles and fried rice. Or to taste wok vegetables. The Kokonoe manufactory is famous for mirin, which has been appreciated by the star chefs of Japan for many years. This brewery has specialized in mirin for over 250 years.
