A Riesling with a light yellow color and slightly greenish reflections, which convinces with its scent of juicy fruits. In addition to ripe gooseberry and peach aromas, black currant also appears in the fragrance. The taste is characterized by an extremely dense structure, which shows both fresh fruit aromas of apricot and peach, as well as a fine herbal spice. The wine comes from the best plots in the Winkeler Dachsberg site, hence the name Dachsfilet.
