This wine is a collaboration between two friendly winegrowers from the Palatinate, Thomas Hensel and Markus Schneider. The grapes come from the communities of Bad Dürkheim (Hensel) and Friedelsheimer Feldmark (Schneider). The pure Sauvignon Blanc `The Witch Hunter` was fermented to a little more than half in 500-liter wooden barrels (tonneaux) and the rest in stainless steel tanks.
