The Bahibe is a strong whole milk chocolate with 46% cocoa content from Valrhona in France. It belongs to the `Grands Crus de Terroir` line for which Valrhona uses fine flavor cocoa from a single growing region, for the Bahibe cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic.
