Jörg Geiger Inspiration 4.5 - Lapsang Souchong grape, still, alcohol-free

In order to reduce the sweetness and at the same time preserve fermentation aromas, alcoholic fermentation was carried out with part of the apple for the first time with this PriSecco. The alcohol was then removed cold down to a residual alcohol of 0.5% vol. The red-fruity bouquet is dominated by the combination with the juice of the Black Riesling, Portuguese, Kerner and Müller-Thurgau grape varieties. The acidic Bittenfeld apple brings freshness and acidity, aronia berries a light tartness and backbone. Reduced sugar, total alcohol content below 0.3% vol .. Smell: Ethereal, herbaceous scent combined with the smoky notes of tea, tobacco and wood. Fine notes of blue grapes. Taste: Fine fruity, tart start, with smoky notes of tea in the middle and aftertaste. The tannins of the black tea and the fruitiness of the grapes stay on the palate for a long time.
