DE-ÖKO-039 Every year the Leinhöhle is the last vineyard of the Riesling harvest. Red sandstone mixed with clay marl form the basis for the vineyard. This gives pressure and saltiness to the crying. The aging in traditional wooden barrels and long contact on the lees bring out these attributes even more clearly in their maturity.
