The grapes for this wine were hand-picked on Kaapzicht in one of the oldest Bush Wine plantations in the country. Traditional mash fermentation with stems in an open vat for 3 days, gentle pressing, no fining, then storage for 8 months in used tonneaux barrels. Nice and aromatic nose with aromas of pears, limes, gooseberries, delicate vanilla notes. Full in the mouth, very juicy, a lot of fruit and creaminess, very long finish
