This pepper has grown wild and cannot be cultivated. Very, very rare! It has a slightly tingling and very intense citrus note. Excellent as a lemony aroma in soups, dashis and broths. Also ideal for fish, seafood and poultry. Can also be used as a whole in curries, salsas and stews.
