Like the cream on the milk, this special selection of Flor de Sal forms as a first layer on the brine and is skimmed off by hand every day. In order to preserve the delicate, leafy crystals, Flos Salis® is carefully filled into exclusively manufactured vessels. The handmade pieces made of glazed ceramics can be seen on every table. The lid, which is shaped like a finger bowl, holds enough for seasoning. Flos Salis® is an artisanal sea salt produced according to ecological criteria and is kosher and vegan certified by Certiplanet and Natural Food Certifiers.
