This praline mass has a 50% nut content, with 25% hazelnuts and 25% almonds. The long roasting of the nuts and a long caramelization time for the sugar ensure the harmoniously balanced taste with fine caramel notes. When melted, the praline mass is ideal for filling pralines, sweets and baked goods as well as for making ice cream.
