Smell: Ripe citrus fruit with intensely white flowers in the fragrance, underlaid with a little vanilla and fresh apple. Taste: Lean, light and tangy PriSecco with less sweetness, but a lot of lemon freshness, in the long reverberation fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge. Ingredients: Old apple and pear varieties, especially unripe harvested Boskoop and Nägele s pears. Oak leaves, Indian nettle, jasmine and hibiscus flowers, vanilla and other selected spices.
