Noir de Bourgogne is the name of the black currant variety from the Val de Loire. The dark red, creamy jam tastes spicy, evokes associations of forest floor and herbs and has a pleasantly refreshing acidity, which corresponds very harmoniously with the fruit sweetness. This jam can also be stirred into yogurt, used for desserts and sauces with it refine 63% fruit.
