The Crotti family has been producing balsamic vinegars of the highest quality for over 40 years. Its youngest, the yellow Tinello, aged for three years in the barrel. The amber balsamic vinegar made from boiled grape must and high-quality wine vinegar has a well-integrated acidity, slightly roasted notes and tastes clean and harmonious. Even the wooden barrel is very finely traceable. It is very suitable for raw food, in vinaigrettes and dips, as shown on the label.
