8-10 cm long bell peppers from Lodosa, which are native to the Navarre region. Intense red, triangular, with compact and firm flesh. They are harvested by hand and then grilled. Their taste is sweet and complex due to the toasted notes. They can be filled wonderfully, for example with a fish farce.
