 
        Scalogno sott`olio, shallots in extra virgin olive oil, Mongetto
The mild shallots are pickled in good olive oil and seasoned with thyme, marjoram, oregano, basil and a dash of wine vinegar. They taste great with cold cuts and cheese, with grilled food and, cut into thin slices, in salads.
