The high fat absorption capacity of Maltozoon T makes it possible to produce very fine powders with taste. Also suitable for degreasing soups and sauces. Application example: Thoroughly mix 50 ml of chocolate nougat cream with 5 doses of Maltozoon T and pass through a sieve. The chocolate nougat powder can now be used as a topping for many desserts. Also works for hearty meals, eg. With olive oil.
