Rhubarb nectar with 70% direct juice content. The direct juice for this nectar is pressed exclusively from the red-stemmed rhubarb varieties The Sutton and Framboozen, which possess a delicate aroma and give it a pale pink hue. The rhubarb comes from the Baumann fruit grower in Rees, Lower Rhine, as well as from small farmers in the Cologne-Bonn Plain. The rhubarb nectar can be enjoyed neat, as a spritzer, or mixed with sparkling wine. Fruit processing has a long tradition at the van Nahmen cider mill and private winery in Hamminkeln, Rhineland.
