van Nahmen - Kaiser Wilhelm apple juice, 100% direct juice
Pure apple juice as direct juice. Juicy, slightly tasting of raspberries. The Kaiser Wilhelm apple variety was found as a random seedling in the Bergisches Land. In 1875 it was presented to Kaiser Wilhelm I for a taste test. He was so taken with the raspberry-like taste that he graciously approved the use of his name for this apple. Fruit processing has a long tradition in the van Nahmen cider factory and private winery in the Rheinische Hamminkeln. Nothing is removed from the juices and nothing is added: no preservatives, no flavorings. Particular attention is paid to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional cultivars that are threatened with extinction.
