DE - ORGANIC - 007 The Scheurebe grape variety, named after Georg Scheu, is a cross between Riesling and Bukettraube. Its subtle and elegant aroma pairs particularly well with fish dishes and salads. Fruit processing has a long tradition at the van Nahmen cider mill and private winery in Hamminkeln, in the Rhineland. Nothing is added to or removed from the juices: no preservatives, no artificial flavorings. Special emphasis is placed on using heritage fruit varieties and thus also on preserving traditional, endangered cultivated varieties.
