  • Olio Calvi from Liguria

MOSTO ORO AND Lucinasco = 100% Taggiasca
Imperia is now the main hub for olive oil in Italy. Since 1919, the resident of the trading house Calvi family is qualitatively one of the major players. Today they not only act with the best olive oils, represent excellent blends together, have their own olive plantations and a modern mill. The flagship Oil Calvi is the Mosto Oro, single-variety oil from late harvested Taggiasca olives. It is the first choice of German top chefs for over 20 years. The second showcase is the Lucinasco, made from olives grown exclusively around the city Lucinasco, in 500 m height. The oils are mildly fruity and ideal for fish and vegetable dishes.

    MOSTO ARGENTO = BEST BLEND
Cold pressed Cuvee Taggiasca and other varieties of olives in Italy. The oil is very versatile. It is very harmonious, pleasantly spicy and has a fine fruit.

    PINZIMOLIO
The cold-pressed and unfiltered cuvee of Taggiasca and Ogliarola has the fruity green flavor not yet mature olives. Light bitter notes and sharpness make it an ideal salad and appetizer oil.

    OLIO DI OLIVIA
Blend of refined and virgin olive oil (about 12%). For every day.

  • Olio roi from Valle Argentina

    Drip oil and Cru oils
The drip oil Carte Noire is a special feature. Green, immature and black, fully ripe olives are ground between granite stones, the resulting paste is painted on mats. The oil finally runs through the weight of the mats without pressure from the olive porridge. Only then the remaining oil is carefully pushed out of the mats. From 25 kg Franco wins just 1 liter. The two layer oils Cru Gaaci DOP and Cru Riva Gianca DOP come from trees that are located on the Riviera dei Fiori, the western coastline of Liguria, both from the Valle Argentina.

Liguria Home of Taggiasca / Monoc ultivar, 100% Taggiasca.
The small fruits of Taggiasca make a particularly mild olive oil. It is the typical, indigenous variety of Liguria. The monocultivar therefore impresses with its butteriness, little bittersweet and the delicate nut and herbal aromas. Slightly peppery finish.

    Mosto ROI
Naturally cloudy oil of light yellow color; the scent reminds of ripe olives and dried leaves. The gentle sweetness of the nutty flavor softens in the wake of a slight sharpness. Francos oil for every day.
