The hand-picked olives from Western Liguria are pressed exclusively using a gentle, mechanical process (cutting process) and without filtration. In the color green gold, with a fruity scent and a harmonious taste, this olive oil is one of the best in Italy. Ideal for preparing starters and salads. Unfiltered cold-pressed oil Acid: 0.4 - 0.5%, color: slightly gold.
