Cuvee of 30% green, 50% medium ripe and 20% fully ripe Taggiasca olives from a special location near the sea near Imperia, which together produce a medium fruity oil. The scent is reminiscent of white flowers and ripe bananas. Buttery and full in the mouth, develops the typical taste of almond. Slightly peppery on the finish. Limited.
