A blend of 30% green, 50% medium-ripe, and 20% fully ripe Taggiasca olives from a special coastal location near Imperia, resulting in a medium-fruity oil. The aroma is reminiscent of white blossoms and ripe bananas. Buttery and full-bodied on the palate, it develops the typical almond flavor. The finish is slightly peppery. Limited edition.
