The most beautiful village in the Oneglia valley is called Lucinasco. And there, at an altitude of around 500 meters, the microclimatically favored olives that are used for this flagship of the Calvi family grow. The oil is characterized by a special finesse and the classic attributes of the best Ligurian olive oils. It smells of ripe apples and honey, is mildly fruity and has a very light, pleasant sharpness. Long, buttery finish. With braised white meat, white fish, shellfish and seafood as well as fruity vegetable preparations. Not filtered.
