Riviera dei Fiori DOP. This exceptional oil is produced exclusively from DOP Taggiasca olives grown on the historic terraces of the Valle Argentina, the birthplace of the Taggiasca variety. Previously, the name Carte Noire referred to a drip oil produced in an old stone mill. Now, the olives are milled in a state-of-the-art mill under a seal of granite stones. The oil, with its nutty, green notes, is now even fruitier. It is a limited edition, and each bottle is numbered.
