Riviera dei Fiori DOP. Riviera dei Fiori DOP. This excellent oil is obtained exclusively from DOP Taggiasca olives that grow on the historic terraces of the Valle Argentina. There is the cradle of the Taggiasca variety. The name Carte Noire used to refer to a drip oil that was produced in an old stone mill. Now the olives are ground in a state-of-the-art mill with granite stones sealed with air. The oil with a nutty, green note is now even more fruity. It is limited and each bottle is numbered.
