    a small operation idea

    For over 40 years we are - passionate - active in our own apiary.

    Apart from the - unfortunately for us in northern Germany very limited - varietal honeys we have from the beginning endeavored a wide range offer of first-class and world-famous honey, we could unfortunately never reap in an agricultural emphasized cultural landscape with rape as head garb plant, so in northern Germany.
    Many of these varieties are special features rumored, such as thyme or manuka honey and almost all have become classics, ie, that we have this species for 30 years in our assortment.

    More often it can happen that a variety is temporarily not available, because we do not like the quality. We have developed a very good memory, like a sort of honey should taste.
    Incidentally honey pleasure always means active environmental and nature conservation, because honey paragraph keeps the bees alive.
    Beekeeping requires no land, honey is not cultivated, it is not fertilized and wrapped no floor and there are no pesticides applied.
